One may hear, “You can create a new start today and begin the rest of your life”. It is true you can. Much like a book you can start another chapter but the book, or series of the book remains about you. It is continuity. The power is really you deciding, behaving, and focused on what comes next. You can embark and make the future different from the past by deciding where your story breaks, changes, or remains the same. Even remaining the same is different in that you conciously made the decision to and not by ommission.
