Giving the gift of goodbye...

Have you ever had someone who has been in your life for some time? The relationship is cordial but as time goes on they seem to rub you the wrong way? Is their nickname “sunshine” because when they leave the atmosphere brightens?

We hold onto negative people many times as a memorial to better times; remembering back to the good ole days. Well time moves on and so have you. Yet, when you are in the company of the “one”, you find yourself getting irritated, aching, frowning, or losing your cool altogether. Face it! The chemical reaction is toxic.

So what do you do? First of all, do remember the good times. Then give them the “gift of goodbye”; maybe in the form of card. Tell them it’s been great and they will not see you again. Leave them and then instead of moping, do a dance and throw yourself a party because a negative person has left your life!

Hi! My name is Vonzel Sawyer. I am a husband, father, and grandfather. I started blogging to share from my experience, knowledge, wisdom, instruction, and understanding to help persons maxamize and magnify the positive in their life. That is why I used the terms "maximum" and "magnification" and combined them into a single word "maxafication". Just like something can be magnetized or winterized. I want to impact people to live largely and fully each day!
