The goal of Maxafication-ize Your Life is based on two words, Maximum and Magnification, making a compound phrase. When I am speaking to anyone about my blog this causes curiosity.
I explain in detail that I believe we should live life to our Maximum potential. In other words if we have a talent, interest, or anything else that motivates, or sets us apart from others then we should explore every way to give the most to your reach your potential. I will use the example with the game of tennis. If you are good at it, get a coach to improve your game. Compete and go as far as your skills will take you. If you are good at raising kids, impact as many of them positively as you can. Leave nothing behind. Empty yourself.
Magnification is taking what normally would seem small and insignificant and blowing it up larger than life so you and others will be able to experience it.
A great example is an eye chart. If you don’t sharpen your vision to magnify what you see, the best part of a message may be missed just because it was not made large enough. The real message is sometimes hidden in the “small print”.
The picture below was taken to the 10th power drawing a smiling expression on a yellow circle well known as a “smiley” face. Whoever thought that such a simple expression would be magnified in so many cultures recognized around the world.
